DAACH’s DSP is a powerful wastewater treatment system designed to treat many types of industrial wastewaters and sludge in one single operational unit.
Raw Wastewater Streams: A raw wastewater stream from the plant’s process can be sent directly to the DSP. The stream will be flocculated in a flocculation tank, and the flocculated stream will be sent to the screw press for de-watering and solids pressing. i.e.Stream from screen, dirty stream.
Biological Sludge Streams: Biological systems produce sludge streams with very small “pin-floc” type sludge these sludge streams can be thickened/flocculated and then sent to the DSP for pressing. i.e. Aerobic reactor sludge, SBR sludge, UASB sludge.
GEM System or DAF Sludge: Any Flotation System can directly deliver its flocculated sludge stream to the DSP for sludge pressing. Sediment from clarifiers can be thickened via flocculation and pressed in the DSP.
